At FourProperties, we understand the challenges faced by organisations supporting vulnerable individuals and families. That’s why our business is built on a deep understanding of the vital role suitable housing plays in changing lives, with our mission to transform vacant properties into safe and affordable homes in supportive communities.

FourProperties was founded by Rebecca Martin who has 15 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sectors supporting care leavers, victims of domestic abuse and homeless individuals and families. Seeing the devastation the lack of suitable housing can cause, but also the huge impact a safe and secure home with the right support network in place was a massive driver for establishing FourProperties.

The second partner is Sam Martin who also has extensive experience in the sector. Having met working at the Local Authortity together, Sam then formed his own business in 2021 after securing maintenance and refurbishment contracts with the MOD and Heathrow airport, providing high-quality homes for immigrants and refugees. The final partner is Ben Lewry who has worked as an external contractor for Local Authorities, supported living providers and large commercial organisations, providing surveying services to vulnerable individuals with physical disabilities requiring lifts and/or hoists.

Leveraging our extensive experience, we collaborate with reputable providers and a trusted network of property owners and investors, enabling us to consistently match the right properties with the right providers, meeting the housing requirements of those in need of suitable accommodation. Ultimately, through the strength of our expertise and partnerships, we deliver secure housing solutions that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
