Are you a property owner?

If you have a property to rent or sell, we provide property owners with the opportunity to achieve strong financial returns while making a real difference in people’s lives. We are dedicated to creating win-win outcomes for both property owners and those in need of quality housing.

When renting properties, we arrange leases directly from owners at a fair market rate, often being able to offer a fully repairing and insuring lease for extended periods, typically 5+ years. This means no management fees and minimal maintenance responsibilities for you.

We lease to trusted organisations — including housing associations and supported living providers — who offer essential support to young adults transitioning from foster care, as well as individuals with complex physical or learning disabilities requiring round-the-clock assistance to live independently.

We manage the entire process — from securing the appropriate supported living provider to coordinating reasonable property adjustments. And at the end of the lease, your property will be returned in the same condition it was initially handed over, safeguarding your investment.

Social Housing/Supported Living

We work with Local Authorities to establish empty properties within the district, making bespoke (including cash) offers to purchase the properties. Following the sale of the property, we will arrange for our power team of trades people to complete any necessary works to ensure it is available to let as high quality housing for our registered social housing or supported living providers.

“Flips” or Assisted Sales

Any properties that do not fall under the scope of social housing or supported living will be fully refurbished, to an exceptional standard – that’s all we know! We make best use of the space within the property and land, using our highly experienced and talented team of trades people. The property will then be marketed for sale with the uplift in value, bringing another empty property back into use.

Matching Landlords and Providers

We broker long-term lease deals between landlords and housing providers – from connection to key handover. Working with both private landlords and regulated housing providers, we structure reliable, government-backed leases that deliver income, stability and peach of mind. Furthermore, we are committed to donating 5% of our fees to our chosen charity (Chasing Rainbows).

Deal Packaging

Further to this, if we become aware of any properties that are not suitable for social housing or supported living, and we are unable to “flip” ourselves, we fully package these deals and share them with keen property investors. Any properties that do not fall under the scope of social housing or supported living, but can be used to house multiple individuals, are licenced and managed as HMO’s. This is particularly popular in areas, like Luton, with excellent connections to London, in close proximity to hospitals, universities, contruction sites or large factories. And we only know how to deliver the best service to both our landlords and residents.
